Refund & Cancellation Policy

At gustare.store, we take great care to ensure the quality and safety of all our cosmetic and personal care products.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
